Niagara Tours Canada provides guided tour services in the Niagara Falls region, including but not limited to:

• Walking tours of Niagara Falls
• Photography tours and services
• Educational and cultural experiences
• Transportation services
• Related tourism activities

3. Booking and Payment

Reservations

Tour bookings must be made through our authorized booking channels. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required to confirm booking
• We accept major credit cards and electronic payments
• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Prices are subject to applicable taxes

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before tour start time
• Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to full charge
• No-shows are subject to full charge

Company Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:

• Severe weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Insufficient bookings
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In case of company cancellation, full refunds will be provided or tours may be rescheduled.

5. Safety and Conduct

Participant Responsibilities

• Follow all safety instructions provided by guides
• Wear appropriate clothing and footwear
• Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
• Behave respectfully toward guides, other participants, and the environment

Age Requirements

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• Some tours may have specific age restrictions
• Infant policies may apply for certain tours

6. Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability

Niagara Tours Canada carries comprehensive liability insurance. However, participants acknowledge that outdoor activities involve inherent risks. By participating in our tours, you agree that:

• You participate at your own risk
• We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses not caused by our negligence
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that participants obtain travel insurance to cover potential medical expenses, trip cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Photography and Media

By participating in our tours, you consent to:

• Being photographed or filmed during the tour
• Use of your image for promotional purposes
• Sharing of tour photos on our website and social media

If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide at the beginning of the tour.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Niagara Tours Canada and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Government actions or regulations
• Labor disputes
• Pandemics or health emergencies
• Acts of terrorism or war
